Rather than simply asking people to try the product, we test with scenarios based on what users are actually trying to do and why. This helps us visualize and analyze where they hesitate, what fails to come across, and where they feel real value.
Finding hidden UX friction early
Even when a UI looks polished, small sources of friction often appear the moment someone uses it. Unclear tap targets, duplicated navigation paths, confusing wording, and loading timing all have an outsized effect on the quality of the experience. User testing helps uncover these easy-to-miss issues early and makes it easier to prioritize improvements.
Even before the code is complete, most issues can be uncovered through tests using Figma prototypes or simple demos. At CurioSwitch, we believe in validating before investing too deeply in implementation.
